~ Lost Love ~


It was like yesterday in my heart when I had
you so close to me while the years have passed
and I have not found a love like yours since.

I deeply yearn for your love so much that It
leave trails of tears to see but only in my
heart can they be noticed.

Each day I walk this life without your sweet
love I miss so much and keep in search for
it's sweet memories through others.

I see all your qualities within each person
that I encounter through life but they are
only small pieces of the total you within
them all.

I look to the heavens and see the beautiful
stars that glow at night and dream of you
while my spirit travels through the universe
in search for a love like yours.

I look at all the wonderful animals that give
true love to us and see your heart in every one
of them and I cuddle them with an intense love
like I use to do with you.

On a beautiful warm summers day when I think of
you I feel the warmth you use to give unto my
heart like the rays of sunlight that penetrate
into my soul from above.

When I go into the mountains and see the pure
white snow and the beauty of the crystal clear
waters that flow down off the waterfalls I
always see a reflection of you in them.


You are the love that I have lost from my youth,
my first love, my only true love, the love of my life,
the love I lost within myself when I lost your
sweet and innocent love.
