Colors Of Love ~
She told me it was white but it
really was black, that her love
would last but it didn't at that
Her life was a mess and she used
me for that, to make her feel good
while stabbing my back
Where was the respect when I
gave her all that, which was to
bend every which way and what
did I get back?
A love that could of been was
gone in a flash due to her selfish
disrespect that made our love crash
To boast of her vanity triggered a
terrible backlash that brought our
love down with lack of class
I must let her go now with painful
feelings of loss, our life's will be
better than years of sadness we
would toss
In the name of love was said in sin,
love that could of been had crumbled
to dust and blew to the wind
